Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes
Total Time: 20 minutes

These 3-ingredient Sweet Strawberry Cream Cheese Croissants are divine. Filled with delicious cream cheese and sweet strawberry goodness, they're a must-try!

Ingredients

  • 1 tube crescent roll dough (8 count)
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup strawberry jam
  • 1-2 tablespoons sugar, optional
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar for garnish, optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Roll out crescent dough triangles onto a baking sheet lined with a silicone baking mat or parchment paper.
  3. Spread on tablespoon softened cream cheese over each triangle except for about an inch from the triangles point.  For extra sweetness, add 1-2 tablespoons to the softened cream cheese before spreading.
  4. Spread about a tablespoon of strawberry jam over the cream cheese.
  5. Carefully roll each triangle into a croissant.  Some jam may ooze out. That's normal.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 13-15 minutes until the croissants are golden brown and the dough is cooked through.
  7. Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.

    • Hi there! Yes, puff pastry will work. It will turn out a little more flaky which might be even better. 🙂 Just follow the cooking directions on the puff pastry as it might bake faster or slower than my original recipe with crescents. I’d love to hear how they turn out!

  1. I wouldn’t be sure about the cram cheese either but I would be willing to give t a try as well. My daughter found a recipe for croissants earlier which we are making next week so I’ll try this filling then.
