For any brownie, errr… smores lover, these chewy smores brownies are sure to hit the spot! Bring that summer lovin’ all year-round.

Ingredients Needed:

  • Milk Chocolate Brownie Mix (mixed as directed)
  • Graham Crackers
  • Mini Marshmallows
  • Chocolate Chips (optional)

Can I Make This Recipe With A Homemade Brownie Recipe?

Absolutely! I love my Cousin’s “Plain Jane” Brownies Recipe if you’re looking to go homemade.

If you don’t have the time to make brownies from scratch go semi homemade as the recipe calls. I really enjoy using the milk chocolate brownie mix from the store. Be aware that if you try this recipe with a fudge brownie or dark chocolate brownie mix the texture and final brownies may be different than what you see here.

Recipe Overview:

I like to get the oven preheating before I start. My oven takes about 10-15 minutes to get to temperature. Next, get the 9×13-inch baking dish ready by spraying it with non stick spray or lining it with parchment paper.

Now you’re ready for the batter. Start by mixing the milk chocolate brownie mix as directed on the box. Make sure not to over mix the batter as this will affect the texture.

Next, crush the graham crackers right in the sleeve.  You don’t want them to turn to dust, you want crumbs and chunks.

Sprinkle half the crushed graham crackers in the bottom of the pan then carefully pour the mixed brownie batter over top.  Once spread evenly, sprinkle the mini marshmallows over the batter then the remaining graham crackers on top.

If you’re feeling like making these extra, feel free to add a couple handfuls of chocolate chips.  This being a brownie recipe, it will be plenty chocolatey without the chips so don’t feel pressured to add if you don’t want.  Your choice.

Bake, cool, and serve.  These delicious chewy smores brownies are fantastic warm especially if it’s cool outside and even better when they’ve cooled. They stay chewy and delicious.

Have Leftovers? How To Store:

Feel free to keep these at room temperature. Make sure they are fully cooled before covering. Store covered or in an airtight container for up to 4-5 days.

If you’re a brownie lover like I am you have to try my all time favorite, Peanut Butter Frosted Brownies. The frosting is a peanut butter Swiss meringue buttercream. It’s so smooth, airy and not overly sweet like a traditional American buttercream.

If you’re looking for a more traditional “Plain Jane” brownie that is still fantastically delicious you will love this Kylie’s homemade brownies recipe. It’s a hit every time.
