I’m so glad you like this bread. As a busy mom, I love this bread recipe too! You did leave an awesome review, right here. Thank you for your kind words!
I was so skeptical to try this recipe, because I didn’t see any reviews, but oh my gosh, this is so perfect, delicious and easy! This is my first bread I’ve ever baked. Thank you so much for sharing! Can I leave a review somewhere?
Hi Sheila! Yes, you can use dried herbs. I prefer the flavor of fresh but have used dry when I don’t have access to fresh. You can substitute the garlic using about 1 teaspoon dried garlic powder. I hope this helps. We love this bread. It’s especially great when you don’t want to be making a shopping trip for fresh bread every week.
If you not a bug fan of rosemary and just want to use garlic? How much? Can you use dry herbs? How much? Thank you
Sheila
Hi Diane. Yes you could most definitely use roasted garlic in this recipe. Enjoy!
Could roasted garlic be used?
