No-Churn Rocky Road Ice Cream

A rich, chocolate-y No-Churn Rocky Road Ice Cream filled with mini marshmallows and almond bits. It's so creamy and delicious!
Ingredients
- 2 cups cream, cold
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder, sifted
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 14oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 2/3 cup roasted, salted almonds, whole or chopped
Instructions
- Whip cream, cocoa powder, and almond extract together until stiff peaks.
- Carefully fold in sweetened condensed milk.
- Fold in marshmallows and almonds.
- Pour in 5x9-inch pan. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze until hardened (at least 6 hours).
- Serve on a cone or in a dish.
