No-Churn Rocky Road Ice Cream

Beat the summer heat with this rich, chocolate-y No-Churn Rocky Road Ice Cream filled with mini marshmallows and almond bits. It's so creamy and delicious!

  • 2 cups cream cold
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder sifted
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1 14oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 2/3 cup roasted, salted almonds whole or chopped


  1. Whip cream, cocoa powder, and almond extract together until stiff peaks.

  2. Carefully fold in sweetened condensed milk.

  3. Fold in marshmallows and almonds.

  4. Pour in 5x9-inch pan. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze until hardened (at least 6 hours).

  5. Serve on a cone or in a dish.
