Ingredients
- 6 oz plain Greek yogurt a little less than 2/3 cup
- 2 oz light mayo 1/4 cup
- 1 tbs fresh dill or 1-2 tsp dried dill weed or 1 tbs freeze-dried dill
- 1 tbs onion grated or minced
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper optional
Method
- In a small mixing bowl, blend all ingredients together.
- For best results, chill for 2-4 hours before serving to let flavors blend.
Notes
- Store in the fridge. Should keep until the yogurt expiration date.
- Can make low-carb option by replacing Greek yogurt and light mayo with regular full-fat mayo.
