Ingredients
- 1/4 cup green onions chopped
- 1/2 cup celery finely chopped
- 1 cup carrots shredded or grated
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon ground sage
- 1/4 teaspoon ground thyme
- 2 cups cooked turkey diced into small pieces
- 7-8 8- inch keto or low carb tortillas
- 1 cup cheese shredded OPTIONAL
Method
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients together. Spoon about 1/3 cup filling onto each tortilla. Add a sprinkle of cheese if desired.
- Roll into a thin log placing the seam side down.
- Air fry at 350F for about 10 minutes or until the filling reaches 165F.
- Let cool for 5 minutes. Enjoy!

No Air fryer? No worries! Bake them in a preheated 400F oven. Place your taquitos in a greased 9x13 baking dish and bake for about 20-25 minutes. Again, ensure the filling is at 165F before eating.
