Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened milk coconut, almond, soy, regular or water
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 Tbs cocoa powder
- 1/2 banana
- 1/3 cup rolled oats or quick oats
Method
- Add all ingredients to a high powdered blender.
- blend on puree for 60-90 seconds or until the mixture is smooth.
- Enjoy immediately.
Notes
If using chocolate-flavored protein powder, you can omit the cocoa powder.
