Ingredients
- 1 cup lemon juice freshly squeezed is best (about 1lb of lemons)
- 1 cup sugar or 1/2-3/4 cup raw honey
- 3 cups water
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 6-12 oz fresh blackberries frozen can also be used
Method
- Place lemon juice, water, and sugar in blender. Blend for 30 seconds to 1 minute to mix and dissolve sugar.
- Add ice and blackberries. Blend for an additional 15-30 seconds. Blackberry pieces should be small enough to fit through funnel into popsicle molds or bags.
- Pour into popsicle molds or otter pop bags. Make sure to leave 1/2 inch of room at the top of the bag to avoid spilling when zipped.
- Freeze for 3-6 hours or until frozen solid.

If blender is large enough, all the water can be added and stirred in blender.
