Ingredients
- 2 oz frozen pineapple chunks about 1/3 cup
- 1 oz spinach about 1 cup packed
- 2 oz kiwi about 1 kiwi
- 2 oz banana 1 small, frozen preferred
- 8 oz apple juice 1 cup
Method
- Place all ingredients in blender. Blend for 45 seconds to 2 minutes until smooth. Enjoy!
Notes
Add 4 oz (or 1/2 cup) plain or vanilla greek yogurt for added tartness, protein or to make this smoothie creamy. This will increase the overall yield to 20 oz or so.
