Ingredients
- 2 cups cream cold
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder sifted
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 2/3 cup roasted salted almonds, whole or chopped - or whatever you have on hand (slivered, sliced, raw, unsalted)
Method
- Whip cream, cocoa powder, and almond extract together until stiff peaks.
- Carefully fold in sweetened condensed milk.
- Fold in marshmallows and almonds.
- Pour in 5x9-inch pan. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze until hardened (at least 6 hours).
- Serve on a cone or in a dish.
