Strawberry Lemonade Hydration Popsicles

Made with fresh fruit, raw honey, and topped off with hydrating liquid, these Homemade Hydration Popsicles are a great way to help your kids stay hydrated through cold and flu season.

Servings: 6 (4oz) popsicles

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 lb strawberries cut into tiny pieces
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp raw honey
  • 1-2 cups Strawberry Lemonade sports drink (Powerade/Gatorade or other flavor you prefer

Method
 

  1. Mix strawberries, lemon juice, and honey together.
  2. Fill each popsicle mold half way with strawberry-lemon mixture.
  3. Pour sports drink to fill line.
  4. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze until solid.

Notes

You can also make hydration drops by blending the ingredients, pouring into mini ice cube trays, and freezing.
