Strawberry Mango Smoothie Popsicles

Easy, healthy frozen fruit bars made with a whole fruit,100% juice Kiwi Strawberry Mango Smoothie recipe. A no sugar added easy popsicle recipe that can double as a smoothie recipe.

Ingredients
  

  • 20-24 oz 100% Kiwi Strawberry Apple juice I make mine from concentrate which can be found in the frozen juice section of most grocery stores
  • 8 oz frozen mango chunks
  • 5 oz frozen strawberries
  • 2 fresh kiwi peeled (optional)

Method
 

  1. Using a blender, puree all ingredients. Smoothie mixture should be thick but fully pureed.
  2. Fill each popsicle mold then insert a stick.  
  3. Freeze until solid, 4 hours or overnight.

Notes

  • If desired, this recipe also doubles as a Kiwi Strawberry Mango Smoothie. This recipe will make about a 30 oz smoothie. Complete step 1 then enjoy.
  • This recipe will make about 10 -3 oz popsicles. If you are using a different size popsicle mold, the amount of popsicles may be more or less than 10. This recipe yields about 30 oz of smoothie mix.
