Ingredients
- 20-24 oz 100% Kiwi Strawberry Apple juice I make mine from concentrate which can be found in the frozen juice section of most grocery stores
- 8 oz frozen mango chunks
- 5 oz frozen strawberries
- 2 fresh kiwi peeled (optional)
Method
- Using a blender, puree all ingredients. Smoothie mixture should be thick but fully pureed.
- Fill each popsicle mold then insert a stick.
- Freeze until solid, 4 hours or overnight.

- If desired, this recipe also doubles as a Kiwi Strawberry Mango Smoothie. This recipe will make about a 30 oz smoothie. Complete step 1 then enjoy.
- This recipe will make about 10 -3 oz popsicles. If you are using a different size popsicle mold, the amount of popsicles may be more or less than 10. This recipe yields about 30 oz of smoothie mix.
