Ingredients

  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder divided
  • ½ teaspoon salt divided
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1-2 Tablespoons butter
  • 1 lb steak 1-inch cubes (we prefer top sirloin)
  • 1-2 Tablespoons oil if desired

Method

Steak Bites:
  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
  2. In a small bowl, blend half the garlic powder and salt together along with all the pepper and paprika. Save the other half of garlic and salt for later.
  3. Place the steak chunks in a gallon size Ziploc bag. Sprinkle spice blend over meat. If desired, add oil. Zip bag closed. While holding the zipper part of the bag, shake to coat.
  4. Carefully pour the seasoned steak bites into the preheated air fryer basket. Make sure they are placed in a single layer.
  5. Cook at 400°F for 5–8 minutes depending on your preferred doneness.
Garlic Butter:
  1. 6. While steak in the air fryer is cooking, melt butter. Add remaining garlic, salt and all the dried parsley to the butter.
  2. 7. Once the steak bites are done to your liking, let cool for a minute or two then toss in garlic butter. Serve immediately.
