Rinse rice at least 5 times to remove excess starch and dust.
Place rinsed and drained rice in Instant Pot.
Add broth or water and bouillon and butter or oil.
Give rice a quick stir. Secure lid. Confirm the pressure valve is set to seal.
Press the "Manual" button on "HIGH" for 4 minutes.
Instant Pot will take 5-10 minutes to come to pressure and begin counting down. Once timer goes off let rice NATURAL RELEASE for an additional 10 minutes.
Once it has natural released for 10 minutes, carefully turn the pressure valve to release any additional pressure.
Carefully open the Instant Pot lid. Using a fork or rice paddle, carefully fluff the rice.
Serve immediately.
