Ingredients
- 2 –3 limes peeled (buy about ⅓–½ lb)
- 3 cups frozen strawberries about 14 oz
- 1 cup water
- ⅔ cup sugar
Method
- In a strong blender, add water, sugar, and peeled limes. Blend until completely smooth to help dissolve the sugar.
- Add frozen strawberries and blend again until the mixture is smooth.
- Pour the daiquiri mixture into popsicle molds, leaving ¼ to ½ inch of headspace at the top to allow for expansion.
- Add lids and sticks, then place in the freezer for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight.
- Once frozen solid, unmold, bag, and store in the freezer.
