This easy strawberry vinaigrette is bursting with flavor! Made with fresh strawberries, it's perfect for salads and more.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz fresh strawberries green tops removed
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 oz olive oil
  • 2 oz apple cider vinegar
  • 3 oz lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1/8 tsp Italian seasoning

Method
 

  1. Begin by preparing your strawberries—remove the green tops and place them in a blender.
  2. Next, add the sugar, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy. If needed, scrape down the sides of the blender to make sure everything is evenly mixed.
  4. Once the vinaigrette is fully pureed, it’s ready to use! Drizzle it over your favorite salad and enjoy!
