- 8 oz fresh strawberries green tops removed
- 1/3 cup sugar

- 2 oz apple cider vinegar
- 3 oz lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/8 tsp Italian seasoning
Method
- Begin by preparing your strawberries—remove the green tops and place them in a blender.
- Next, add the sugar, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy. If needed, scrape down the sides of the blender to make sure everything is evenly mixed.
- Once the vinaigrette is fully pureed, it’s ready to use! Drizzle it over your favorite salad and enjoy!
