I am so excited to be giving away a holiday baker goody pack to one lucky subscriber! It’s decked out with most of the things you need to make that perfect batch of Christmas cookies or favorite holiday pie!

WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS GIVEAWAY?
There are a few reasons why I wanted to do this giveaway.
First, I love gifting fun things to family and friends so why not do something fun for my email list?
Second, who doesn’t like getting something for free (and hopefully something they can use this holiday season.
Third, I’ve neglected my email newsletter a little ( A LOT) over the last year and wanted to jump back in with two feet AND reward a subscriber who is still current and active on my list.
Fourth, I’m going to be bombarding my subscribers with a Christmas bonus email exclusive called “The 12 Days of Christmas Cookies” which will include 96 delicious cookie recipes from 8 creative recipe developers (me included) over 12 days… starting Dec 1st, 2022.

To be entered to win, you must be:
- 18+ years old

WHEN WILL I KNOW IF I WON?
I will notify the winner on 12/14/22 via the email given when you subscribed to my newsletter. The winner will have 24 hours to claim their prize. If the winner fails to claim the prize the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be chosen.

Ginger Snap Cookies
Spicy ginger snap cookies are a perfect cookie for the holidays! These soft and chewy ginger snap cookies are sweet, spicy and deliciously bite-sized.
Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 1 1/4 cup sugar, plus additional for rolling
- 1/3 cup molasses
- 1 egg
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 2 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Cream butter, sugar, and molasses until light and fluffy (1-2 minutes).
- Add egg and mix.
- Sift dry ingredients together.
- Add dry ingredients to sugar mixture. Mix only until flour mixture is completely mixed in.
- Using a 1.5 tsp scoop, form small cookie balls. Roll in sugar and place on a lined cookie sheet (35 total per sheet--5 rows of 7).
- Bake at 350 degrees F. for 6 minutes.
- Repeat for remaining dough or refrigerate until ready to bake.
Notes
Dough can be stored in the fridge for up to 7 days.
